Rental agreement
For the security of both parties, we conclude a written, German standard rental agreement.
Terms of payment
14 days after the date of issue of the rental agreement, 25% of the total rent is due; 21 days before moving in, the remainder is due for payment.
Withdrawal / Termination
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement by giving written notice under the following conditions:
Withdrawal... The landlord grants the tenant:
up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % refund
27 to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % refund
14 to 0 days before the start of the rental period: Refund of deposit and additional costs
